Payment is usually due upon completion of the job unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
6. Do I need to supply materials?
For some jobs we can supply materials if needed, or you may choose to provide them yourself. This can be discussed when booking the job.
7. How quickly can you start a job?
Availability depends on current bookings, but we always aim to schedule work as soon as possible.
8. Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange another suitable time.

All work is covered by a 30-day labour guarantee. Any issues related to our installation or repair will be corrected free of charge. Materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
